Returns are Easy with The Experience Channel

If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason, the experience channel will gladly accept your return within 30 days of the shipping date. Just initiate a return online, send us your unopened items and your return will be processed within 3 business days of receipt at our warehouse.

The Experience Channel Return Policy

Merchandise may be returned for a refund for any reason within 30 days from the shipping date but must be received unopened for refund.

  1. All products are under warrantee by The Experience Channel for 30 days from the invoice date. If any product is found damaged or defective within that 30-day period, please contact us for an exchange. We will exchange any damaged or defective item for that same item only. 
  2. The Experience Channel will be glad to exchange non-defective items that do not constitute a health risk for 30 days from the invoice date. All non-defective returns will be issued credit for the amount of the item. 
  3. The customer is responsible for the cost of all shipping charges; for defective items, The Experience Channel will cover the shipping cost of the replacement item to the customer only.

Refunds

Your return will be processed within 3 business days of receipt at our warehouse. A refund will be issued in the form of your original payment method. You will receive an e-mail notification once your return is processed. Please allow 1 – 2 billing cycles for the refund to appear on your physical credit card statement.

Exchanges

If you prefer to have us process your return for you, you can return your order for a refund by calling 1 (855) 735-2428 to place a new order for the same style or color. Your new order will be eligible for free standard shipping. We'll bill you for the new order and will process your refund when we receive your return. Non-Returnable Items 

To ensure the safety and well-being of our customers we do not accept returns or exchanges on items that can constitute a health risk. This also includes any item that may come into contact with any bodily fluid (saliva, semen, urine, blood, etc.). Once these items leave our warehouse, we consider them to be used and non-resalable. Opened electronic media products (DVDs, CDs, video or audio tapes), liquid products (bath and body products, oils, lubes and toy cleaner) and batteries cannot be returned.
