Merchandise may be returned for a refund for any reason within 30 days from the shipping date but must be received unopened for refund.
Your return will be processed within 3 business days of receipt at our warehouse. A refund will be issued in the form of your original payment method. You will receive an e-mail notification once your return is processed. Please allow 1 – 2 billing cycles for the refund to appear on your physical credit card statement.
If you prefer to have us process your return for you, you can return your order for a refund by calling 1 (855) 735-2428 to place a new order for the same style or color. Your new order will be eligible for free standard shipping. We'll bill you for the new order and will process your refund when we receive your return. To ensure the safety and well-being of our customers we do not accept returns or exchanges on items that can constitute a health risk. This also includes any item that may come into contact with any bodily fluid (saliva, semen, urine, blood, etc.). Once these items leave our warehouse, we consider them to be used and non-resalable. Opened electronic media products (DVDs, CDs, video or audio tapes), liquid products (bath and body products, oils, lubes and toy cleaner) and batteries cannot be returned.
